Vietnam Airlines founded in 1956 (as Vietnam Civil Aviation), established as a state-owned enterprise in 1989. Today Vietnam Airlines is one of the leading airlines in Vietnam. In 2002, they introduced the “Golden Lotus” logo as part of a major repositioning strategy. Later in 2015 Vietnam Airlines updated and relaunched the Golden Lotus brand with significant improvements to its infrastructure, operations and fleet.
